Terms of service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern use of the HyperParse private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.

Authorized use

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use HyperParse only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the documents you submit, workspace members you invite, and ensuring you have a valid right to process personal, confidential, or regulated data.

Beta service

HyperParse is pre-release software. Features may change, extraction may be unavailable, and data may require manual correction. Do not rely on extracted results without human review where an error could affect legal, financial, safety, eligibility, or other consequential decisions.

AI-generated output

Structured results are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for validating and approving output. Published Parser Versions and review history help reproduce the workflow; they do not guarantee accuracy.

Security and accounts

Keep credentials and backup codes secure, use two-factor authentication for privileged work, and promptly revoke unknown sessions. Workspace owners control membership, retention, legal holds, and deletion. You must not bypass access controls, probe other tenants, disrupt the queue, or attempt to extract secrets from the service or its providers.

Availability and warranties

The private beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a service-level commitment or warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may change or end the beta.

Deletion and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Authorized owners can delete a workspace, and users can request account deletion after resolving sole ownership. Retention jobs permanently purge expired documents unless a legal hold is active.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperParse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use or AI-generated output. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

Updated terms will show a new date above. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
