Privacy notice
Last updated: July 30, 2026
HyperParse processes documents to produce structured results. This notice describes the data the service stores, why it is used, and the controls available to account and workspace owners.
Data we process
- Account identity, authentication methods, sessions, and security events.
- Workspace memberships, invitations, roles, and configuration.
- Parser Drafts, published Versions, test inputs, and validated outputs.
- Uploaded or pasted document text, extraction results, and review history.
- Minimal operational metadata such as request counts, timestamps, and error categories.
AI provider transfer
When you generate a schema or extract a document, the relevant sample or document content is sent to the AI model provider configured by HyperParse. Production requests use OpenRouter with data collection denied and zero-data-retention requested. Provider routing may involve the selected model operator. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
Purpose and access
Data is used only to authenticate users, operate tenant-scoped parsing workflows, secure the service, and troubleshoot aggregate operational failures. Workspace roles limit who can upload, review, configure, or delete data. HyperParse does not sell personal information or use customer documents to train its own models.
Retention and deletion
Each Inbox has a 1–365 day retention setting. Source content, results, and review events are permanently purged after that period unless an owner enables a legal hold. AI quota and authentication limiter state is removed after it can no longer apply. Users can request account deletion, and owners can permanently delete a workspace. Ownership must be transferred or the workspace deleted before a sole owner can delete their account.
Security
HyperParse uses encrypted transport, isolated organization identifiers, database constraints, immutable Parser Version evidence, scoped authorization, rate limits, and optional authenticator-based two-factor authentication. Owners must use two-factor authentication for ownership, legal-hold, and workspace-deletion controls.
Your choices
Account profile and deletion controls are available under Account. Retention, legal holds, ownership transfer, and workspace deletion are available to authorized owners. You may stop provider transfer by not submitting a schema-generation, test, or document-extraction request.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Review this notice before submitting sensitive data.
